Weight Loss Tips
Here you will find some general tips on some of the ways that you
can go about weight loss.
There are many ways to acheive weight loss. As described in three

loss programs, prescription
diet drugs and weight loss
supplements. Two other aspects of weight loss which have yet to
be mentioned are diet and exercise.
These two aspects of weight loss, diet and exercise, are not talked
about as much due to the fact that they are less attractive than some
of the easier methods such as the use of prescription diet drugs. Diet
and exercise are, however, very important aspects of a weight loss plan.
Diets don't work very well without getting some exercise and exercise
combined with a bad diet does not always equal weight loss.
One of the best weight loss tips we have seen is have a three
pronged attack: Diet + Exercise + Support.
Eat a healthy low calorie diet and exercise 30 minutes a day at least
3 days a week*. The third factor for this
weight loss plan is support. You can get this through one of the many
support groups out there such as Overeaters
Annonymous or you can also get this from family and friends.
Also, as part of these weight loss tips, it should be mentioned
that prescription diet drugs are meant for those who are at least 30-40
pounds overweigth or in the category of "obese".
